KEMS Real Estate Development is a Boston-based developer building high-quality homes across Massachusetts since 2009 — from single-family houses to large multi-family communities.
With development and construction under one roof, the team stays hands-on from site acquisition and permitting through to final delivery. That continuity is what makes a project of this scale possible: eight distinct homes, each with its own plan, held to one standard.
Bolton Grove is KEMS’ vision for the site — the decision to keep the buildings modest, give the green the upper hand, and set two cottages privately behind.

KDI — Khalsa Design, Inc. — is an award-winning, Somerville-based architecture studio working across New England since 1985.
