The street itself is quiet — a residential Somerville block with little through-traffic. Step out of it, though, and you're minutes from two of the area's best squares. Union Square brings the Green Line, a Saturday farmers' market, and a growing roster of restaurants and bars; Inman Square, a couple of blocks the other way, is a Cambridge dining destination in its own right. Cafés, groceries, and everyday errands are all within an easy walk, and the Green Line makes Cambridge, downtown Boston, and the airport a short ride.
